STEP 1:
Smooth liberally over clean, dry affected skin and as often as needed to soothe and heal inflamed skin.
As eczema, psoriasis and other inflammatory skin disorders are an expression of an internal imbalance of the immune and/or nervous system, best if partnered with other therapies to reduce occurrence.
See our Stinging Nettle tincture (or as a dried infusion, please contact us). Stinging Nettle is a powerful agent in skin healing, inducing peripheral vasodilation, and increasing circulation to the dermal layers.
Eczema Etc. will soothe the skin inflammation but an internal treatment to support the immune system (Flower Power Immune Boost or Immune Support Elixir) or calm the nervous system (see Chillax) is recommended.
